D&W Contracting (MHIC #150516) respects the sanctity of your private property. All data collected—including property dimensions, structural metadata, and maintenance history—remains the property of the Member and is stored in an encrypted 'Property Vault' for the sole purpose of restoration and maintenance excellence.

During service visits, D&W technicians may capture high-fidelity photos or videos of project sites for 'Before/After' proof, insurance documentation, and quality control. These images are stored on secure servers and will never be used for marketing without explicit Member authorization.

Users of our AI Design Studio (Visionary Concierge) may upload property photos for visualization purposes. These transient images are processed with 'Privacy Shield' protocols and are purged from our visualization engine within 30 days unless saved to a member's permanent project archive.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for data harvesting. D&W Contracting does not sell, lease, or trade your personal identity, property details, or service history to third-party marketing entities. Your data exists only to ensure 'Honest Work and Exceptional Results'.

Our platform utilizes industrial-grade encryption for all member accounts and 'Shield Plan' data. Access to member identity is surgically restricted to authorized D&W dispatch and management staff only.

By enrolling in the Shield Plan, you agree to receive critical 'Priority Service' alerts via SMS or Email regarding property emergencies, maintenance scheduling, and billing. You may opt-out of non-critical marketing communications at any time.

For payments and scheduling, we utilize industry leaders like Stripe and Supabase. Their privacy protocols act as secondary 'Shields' for your financial and identity data. We never store raw credit card information on D&W servers.

Upon cancellation of membership and fulfillment of all outstanding balances, Members may request a 'Data Purge'. D&W will scrub all non-essential personal identifiers from our client vault, retaining only metadata required for legal and licensing audit compliance.
